I have varying experience in audio production, having produced and packaged various audio reports to be played on radio, alongside experience presenting my former student radio show. I have industry experience in audio also, having completed an internship as a podcast producer and editor with the Hypatia Trust in Penzance.
'Women in Sound' podcast in association with The Hypatia Trust
For a women's charity based in Penzance, I edited, hosted and co-produced a podcast about women in Cornwall. I also was solely responsible for the podcast administration, distribution and branding.
'‘Feministory’ exhibition with The Women’s Centre Cornwall'
For TruthFal, I visited a 'Feministory' exhibition for International Women's Day and interviewed the organisers from the Women's Centre Cornwall for an audio report.
'Accessibility in Falmouth'
For Truthfal, I interviewed a local wheelchair-user to better understand how accessible Falmouth and other Cornish seaside towns are.
'Sustainable Festivals'
For Truthfal radio station Soundwaves, I interviewed the organisers of an upcoming sustainable festival to better understand the process of organising a sustainable event. This piece was chosen to be played on BBC Radio Cornwall through BBC Upload!
'Black by Day, Red by Night Documentary Trailer'
For my documentary project (see video tab to watch) I produced an audio trailer to promote it.
